Job Summary

Provide clinical and administrative support in a physician practice: patient intake, vitals, point-of-care testing, injections, EKGs, room turnover, patient education, scheduling, check-in/out, and EHR documentation-under supervision of licensed professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prep rooms/patients; obtain vital signs; collect/process specimens; perform POC testing.
• Administer immunizations/injections per orders; assist with minor procedures and suture removal.
• Perform EKG; maintain equipment sterilization and infection prevention; restock supplies.
• Front-office support: scheduling, eligibility, prior auths, co-pay collection, EHR documentation.

Job Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma (or equivalent); BLS; CCMA certification (NHA/AMT or equivalent).

Preferred

• 1+ year clinic experience; phlebotomy or EKG certificate.
