Solomon Medical is seeking a part-time physician to provide services at SNFs in Capitola and Watsonville, CA. The clinician will cover post-acute rehab patients and long-term residents, with potential for full-time for the right candidate.

Schedule is flexible within a Monday–Friday framework and coordination with a NP is required. The role emphasizes comprehensive care plans, team collaboration, and adherence to Medicare guidelines.

Qualifications

• California medical license required.
• DEA certification required.
• BC/BE in primary care.
• Experience with EMR and billing/coding systems favored.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical management for acute and long-term care plans.
• Deliver direct patient care for new admissions and routine follow-ups.
• Coordinate treatment plans with nursing staff and medical coordinator.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulatory requirements.
• Complete care plans and documentation with appropriate coding.
