Solomon Medical is seeking a part-time physician to support Belmont, CA and Millbrae, CA SNFs. The clinician will provide intermittent coverage for post-acute rehab and long-term residents, with potential for full-time for the right candidate.
The Physician will work with a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive care plans and maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines. Pay is $175 per hour plus director fees and bonus; schedule is flexible and in-person care is required.
Qualificações
- BC/BE primary care; DEA; DHEC license requirements.
- California state license required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of acute and long-term care treatments.
- Experience with EMR and medical coding is expected.
Responsabilidades
- Provide medical management of acute and long-term treatment plans.
- Direct patient care for new admissions and follow-ups per Medicare guidelines.
- Coordinate with Nurse Practitioner and Medical Coordinator.
- Ensure facility regulatory compliance.
- Complete competency and advanced care plans for new patients.
- Daily documentation and E/M coding per Solomon Medical guidelines.
- Coordinate treatment plans with facility staff.
