Solomon Medical, a post-acute care company, seeks a part-time physician to provide medical oversight at Belmont, CA-based SNF and Milbrae CA-based SNF. Opportunity for full-time for the right candidate, with flexible scheduling and collaboration with a Nurse Practitioner.

The role emphasizes post-acute care, chronic disease management, and coordination with a Medical Director to meet facility protocols. Vaccination is required for employment, with pay at $175 per hour plus director fees and

Formación

• Requires CA medical license (CDS/DEA)
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Primary Care
• Experience with EMR documentation and medical billing/coding systems
• Familiarity with post-acute and long-term care settings

Responsabilidades

• Provide medical management and oversight of acute and long-term treatment plans
• Direct patient care for new admissions and routine follow-ups per Medicare guidelines
• Coordinate with Nurse Practitioner and Medical Coordinator
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulatory requirements
• Complete competency and advanced care plans for new patients
• Document and bill with appropriate E/M coding
• Coordinate treatment plans with facility staff
• Collaborate with Medical Director to ensure adherence to care protocols
