Solomon Medical Inc. is seeking a part-time to full-time physician to cover Capitola and Watsonville SNFs in California. The role focuses on post-acute rehab and long-term care, with a flexible schedule and potential full-time options.

The physician will oversee medical management, work with a Nurse Practitioner, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver care per Medicare guidelines. Vaccination and licensure are required, with compensation at $175/hour plus director fees and bonus.

Formación

• California medical license required.
• BC/BE in Primary Care.
• DEA and DHEC certifications.
• Experience with EMR and medical billing/coding systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medical management of acute and long-term plans.
• Direct patient care for new admissions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with a Nurse Practitioner and Medical Coordinator.
• Drive compliance with state and local regulatory requirements.
• Complete competency and advanced care plans for new patients.
• Daily documentation and billing with appropriate E/M coding.
• Coordinate treatment plans with ancillary staff.
• Work with the President/Lead Medical Director to ensure protocols and care models are met.
