Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Sherman, TX is seeking an Order Liaison to manage and track orders, obtain physician signatures, and ensure accurate documentation. On-site, Monday to Friday during daytime hours.

You will pull reports, coordinate with physician offices and Business Development, perform QA on communications, and present weekly regional updates. Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills required; MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, client relations, or a related field.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and track orders, ensuring timely physician signatures.
• Pull and review daily reports to monitor order status and workflow compliance.
• Follow up with physician offices and Business Development to resolve outstanding orders.
• Perform quality assurance checks on physician communication and fax delivery methods.
• Maintain and present weekly reports to regional teams.
• Participate in monthly department meetings and weekly regional meetings.
• Communicate updates and delegate changes related to physician orders to appropriate team members.
