Qualifications

• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service or scheduling is recommended.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client needs with field staff to ensure service delivery.
• Assign duties to clinicians matching qualifications while ensuring safety.
• Maintain cost containment and effective use of clinicians.
• Communicate clearly and listen actively with clients and staff.
• Be available for after-hours on-call on some days, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Promote positive internal and external customer service relationships.
• Plan and organize work to meet productivity requirements.
• Represent the organization professionally and work as part of a team.
