Job summary

RadNet invites you to join our Physician Relations team as a Physician Recruiter. Based at our DRI Administrative Office in Sacramento, this role collaborates with medical directors and operations management to fill physician openings and support patient care.

You will source candidates, develop relationships with medical colleges and fellowship programs, travel to centers as needed (approximately 10%), and partner with legal and credentialing teams to move candidates through the hiring process.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Physician Recruitment work experience (radiologist recruitment a plus).
• Bachelor's Degree; an Associate's Degree in human resources with an HR certificate can be used in lieu.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Federal and California State labor laws.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office to create flyers/advertisements, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• High motivation, ability to work with little supervision, multitasking, and prioritization.
• Willingness to travel to California locations as needed (~10%).

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness of sites, offices, and hiring needs in the region.
• Understand market conditions impacting hiring in the assigned region.
• Communicate with local hiring managers to ensure prompt candidate communication.
• Post job requisitions via job posting resources and social media.
• Identify and source candidates.
• Build relationships with regional hiring resources (colleges, fellowships, diversity programs).
• Attend job fairs and conferences to raise RadNet visibility.
• Maintain a candidate base through proactive engagement.
• Coordinate with legal for contracts and credentialing.
• Support regional market needs and refer candidates as needed.
• Identify sourcing challenges and discuss options with leadership.
• Provide timely feedback to address challenges during hiring.
