Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5 years of healthcare business development or provider relations experience.
• Demonstrated success building physician relationships and increasing referrals.
• Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Ability to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, APPs, admins, and referral coordinators.
• Conduct regular in-person visits across the assigned territory.
• Serve as primary contact for referral partners and address access/scheduling concerns.
• Establish trust with referral sources through consistent engagement and follow-up.
• Develop physician-specific growth plans to increase referrals.
• Manage territory with outreach plans and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Monitor referral patterns and provide market intelligence to leadership.
• Document outreach activities and track opportunities in CRM.
