Job summary

Integrated Pain Associates in Abilene, TX is seeking a Physician Liaison to develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, spine practices, and other healthcare partners. You will conduct in-person outreach, educate providers on pain management services, and help drive patient growth and brand awareness in the region.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing, physician liaison, pharmaceutical, or medical sales experience
• Pain management, orthopedics, spine, neurology, or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Integrated Pain Associates (IPA) is a physician-led, multi-site pain management group dedicated to restoring function and improving quality of life for patients suffering from chronic pain. With clinics and surgical centers across Texas, IPA combines advanced interventional techniques with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Position Summary

The Physician Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals, chiropractors, orthopedic and spine practices, urgent care centers, and community partners throughout the Abilene market. This role plays a key part in driving patient growth and increasing brand awareness within the region.

Working Conditions

• Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM CST
• Friday 8 AM - 2 PM
• Office setting and travel required

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.

Bi-lingual is preferred.
