Job summary

Integrated Pain Associates in Abilene, TX is seeking a Physician Liaison to develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, spine practices, and other healthcare partners. You will conduct in-person outreach, educate providers on pain management services, and help drive patient growth and brand awareness in the region.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing, physician liaison, pharmaceutical, or medical sales experience
• Pain management, orthopedics, spine, neurology, or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive relationships with referring providers and healthcare organizations
• Conduct routine in-person outreach visits to physician offices and medical facilities
• Educate providers and staff on pain management services, procedures, and referral processes
• Develop strategic territory plans to increase referrals and market growth
• Coordinate provider meetings, educational events, and lunch-and-learn presentations
• Track referral activity, outreach efforts, and provider feedback; collaborate with physicians and leadership to support business development initiatives
• Represent the practice professionally at networking and community events
