The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Minneola

Minneola is nestled in the heart of South Lake County, just a short drive to Orlando, offering stunning landscapes, parks, and trails. The community is growing with new developments near the AdventHealth Minneola campus. The hospital will have 80 beds, including emergency services, imaging, operating suites, endoscopy, outpatient labs, heart catheterization labs, and critical care, delivering comprehensive care for the community.

The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining strategic relationships between physicians, their staff, and hospital administration. Promoting and marketing AdventHealth programs and services to physicians and staff. Addressing issues affecting Medical Staff and healthcare delivery. Ensuring outstanding customer service and respectful relationships.

• Maintain and grow physician-related business within budget, managing reports and budgets effectively.
• Respond promptly to physician issues, communicating effectively with administrators and physicians.
• Implement physician marketing strategies, understand profitability, and demonstrate positive ROI. Facilitate introductions and meetings with physicians and decision-makers.
• Overcome objections persistently, identify opportunities, and communicate key information, suggesting solutions when needed.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Health Science, or relevant experience
• Valid Florida Class “E” driver’s license and a clean driving record

Preferred qualifications:

• 1-3 years healthcare or sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or Master of Healthcare Administration
• Registered nurse, respiratory therapist, or allied health credential (highly preferred)
