Location:
Remote PositionUnder the direction of the Associate Director, Referral Base Management, this role involves coordinating and implementing referral base management, community outreach, employer marketing, and communication initiatives. The goal is to increase physician referrals, raise awareness of services, and ultimately, elevate patient census in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include increasing year-over-year total new patient census, with an emphasis on oncology referrals, managing local marketing budgets and expenses.

Position Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license required; compliance with safety and MVR policies necessary.
Experience: At least four years in oncology, urology, or medical outside sales; understanding of physician practice operations; CRM experience; ability to work across multiple geographies; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; customer service orientation; ability to work independently and in a team; flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Core Capabilities:
Travel: 0% to >75% possible, depending on role needs.
Standard Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening/weekend events.
