Join Our Team as a Physician Liaison at Helping Hands Family - Autism Services

We are seeking a relationship-oriented Physician Liaison to establish and maintain connections with referral sources across local markets, including physicians, hospital networks, social workers, SLPs, OTs, community organizations, and autism nonprofits. This role is vital in generating new client referrals for our ABA clinics as we expand rapidly into new locations.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $60,000 - $72,000 per year
• Location: Remote/on the road in Chester, Berks, Bucks, and Lancaster County, PA

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with professional referral sources through digital and in-person outreach
• Maintain an up-to-date database of contact information for referral sources
• Travel to doctors' offices and community events as needed
• Engage regularly with top referral sources to strengthen relationships
• Communicate with families and parents during the initial ABA intake process
• Follow up on client leads using our CRM system and coordinate with families
• Represent Helping Hands Family at community and industry events to attract referrals and promote brand awareness
• Track referral sources and conversion metrics accurately

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years in Sales, Customer Service, or Social Work
• Preferred: 1+ year in healthcare or mental health field
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific programs
