Job summary

MyMichigan Medical Group seeks a Community Assistant Dean to lead the MSU-CHM Midland Regional Campus medical student education program. This 0.5 FTE role partners with MyMichigan Health and regional health systems to ensure accreditation, advise students, and develop community faculty and resources.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or medical degree required (MD/DO).
• Experience in medical education administration and accreditation processes.
• Proven ability to advise students on career and development.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate the medical student education program at the Midland Regional Campus.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and participate in site visits as needed.
• Advise students in career development and residency applications.
• Recruit, support, and develop community faculty and staff.
