Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, seeks a physician-focused Hospice Representative for Broward County. This full-time, on-site role educates physicians and healthcare staff about hospice services, builds referral networks, and drives community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• Three years of medical marketing or sales experience, preferably hospice or home care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, CMS, and state regulations.
• Reliable transportation with adequate insurance and a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; self-motivated and able to relate to all levels of professional staff.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Educate and promote hospice concepts and Trustbridge benefits to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Oversee accounts, open new ones, and increase referrals through engagement with hospital staff.
• Host marketing events and build relationships across the community.
• Serve as a visible on-site representative of Trustbridge in Broward County.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and data entry.
