Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice managers, and staff to grow referral volume.
• Identify target physicians and referral sources and implement strategic plans to meet quarterly goals.
• Educate referring offices about services through in-person visits, events, and networking.
• Track outreach activity, analyze referral patterns, and document engagement in a CRM system.
• Resolve issues between referring offices and the health system to ensure seamless patient care.
