Job summary

Community Health Network, Inc. seeks an Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services across our Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South, and related facilities).

The role emphasizes collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive endocrine care and strong patient outcomes. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with Epic EMR integration and a supportive, collegial group of 13 Endocrinologists.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Endocrinology and Indiana medical licensure eligible.
• Fellowship in accredited endocrinology training program completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient endocrinology consultation services across Indianapolis hospitals.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive endocrine care.
• Aim for excellent patient outcomes with coordinated care.

Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services within our Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular Hospitals). Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in the inpatient setting to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.
