Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis seeks an endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation in our-network hospitals. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, with Epic EMR integration and a collaborative team of 13 endocrinologists.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Endocrinology with eligibility for Indiana licensure.
• Completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship.

Highlights

Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services within our Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular Hospitals). Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in the inpatient setting to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

Licensure & Certification
