Job summary

Community Health Network in central Indiana seeks an Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services across Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular Hospitals). Ideal candidates collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

BE/BC in Endocrinology with Indiana licensure eligibility and a completed endocrinology fellowship are required.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in accredited endocrinology program.
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.

Responsibilities

Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services within our Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular Hospitals). Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in the inpatient setting to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

• Full-time opportunity
• Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
