Job summary

Community Health Network seeks an Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services across Indianapolis hospitals, including Community North, East, South and related facilities. Join a collegial group of 13 endocrinologists using Epic EMR to deliver multidisciplinary care.

BE/BC in Endocrinology with fellowship training and Indiana licensure eligibility are required. This full-time role offers strong compensation, benefits, and relocation/signing bonuses in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Endocrinology fellowship completed and BE/BC in Endocrinology; eligible for Indiana medical licensure.

Responsibilities

Highlights

Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services within our Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular Hospitals). Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in the inpatient setting to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

Licensure & Certification
