Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis seeks a BE/BC Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services across Community North, East, South, and affiliated hospitals. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and strong patient outcomes.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, with access to Epic EMR and opportunities for signing bonus and relocation support within a collaborative, caring group of 13 endocrinologists.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Endocrinology and eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
• Fellowship completed in endocrinology.
• Interest in inpatient, collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient endocrinology consultation services.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Support a 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday schedule.

Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services within our Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular Hospitals). Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in the inpatient setting to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

Licensure & Certification
