Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis seeks a board-certified/eligible Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services across our hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular).

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with highly competitive compensation, benefits, and incentives (signing bonus, relocation options).

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology with Indiana licensure eligibility.
• Fellowship trained in endocrinology from an accredited program.
• Experience with inpatient endocrinology clinical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient endocrinology consultation services across multiple hospitals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and patient outcome initiatives.

Community Physician Network seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services within our Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular Hospitals). Ideal candidates will have an interest in working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in the inpatient setting to provide comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.

Licensure & Certification
