Job summary

Community Health Network in Indiana seeks a team-oriented Endocrinologist to provide inpatient consultation services within our Indianapolis hospitals (Community North, East, South and Community Heart and Vascular Hospitals). BE/BC in Endocrinology and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana; fellowship training is required.
