The Physician Compensation Analyst in our medical group supports stakeholders by compiling physician compensation plans, department forecasts, and physician metrics reporting monthly. Responsibilities include tracking, compiling, distributing, and managing departmental forecasts, productivity, and reporting. The analyst also assists with provider recruitment, creates and maintains a master database for report generation, and works with leadership to communicate financial performance.
Pay range: $67,828 - $105,144. Actual pay varies based on experience, education, location, and other factors.
