Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to in-office work guidelines of a minimum of 4 days per month from 10 am to 2 pm (one of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday). This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Compensation Analyst reports to the Compensation Manager within Human Resources. This role manages daily administration of pay programs and policies, conducts compensation analysis and audits, and requires expertise in data analysis, compensation best practices, and relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Administer company compensation programs, including base pay and incentives, support integrations and reorganizations, and maintain job descriptions and compensation data within ADP.
  • Participate in market surveys, conduct research on competitiveness and pay equity, and assist in executing merit and mid-year reviews.
  • Collaborate with HRIS & Finance teams for accurate reporting, support HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and managers in pay decisions, and prepare ad-hoc reports.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable compensation laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis, familiarity with market data tools and salary surveys.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, business, or related field.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., ADP, CompAnalyst).
  • Knowledge of employment laws, including FLSA.
Skills & Abilities
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLookup).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, adapt to changing priorities.
Pay Range

$75,000-$85,000 annually.
