Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Monday-Friday 8-5pm

Location: Remote - must be located within the greater Tampa area

The Role: The Financial Analyst interacts with administration and department directors to provide relevant, accurate, and timely information. Performs research, collects data, and organizes and presents analysis to management. Exercises objective, independent judgment in developing financial recommendations. Serves as a liaison in financial matters and actively participates in outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet deadlines for established goals accurately and efficiently.
  • Interpret employment agreements to ensure correct payment to employed providers.
  • Support and communicate actionable information at all organizational levels.
  • Focus on process improvement strategies with an emphasis on financial outcomes.
  • Provide training to co-workers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with adequate accounting coursework.
  • Compensation Analyst experience.
  • Previous HR experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CPA, AICPA, HFMA, CMA, CFP are a plus.
