Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Monday-Friday 8-5pm

Location: Remote - but must be located within the greater Tampa area

The role you’ll contribute:

The Financial Analyst interacts with administration and department directors to provide relevant, accurate, and timely information. Performs research, collects data, and skillfully organizes and presents the analysis to management in written or oral format. Exercises objective, independent judgment in developing financial recommendations for management. Serves as a liaison to department directors in financial matters. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all.

• Interprets employment agreements to accurately pay employed providers.
• Provides support and assistance in developing and communicating actionable information at all levels of the organization.
• Focuses on process improvement strategies with a special focus on financial outcomes in support of department and process initiatives.
• Provides training to co-workers as needed, appropriately and effectively.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Adequate accounting coursework should include intermediate accounting and other upper-level financial and accounting courses.
• Previous HR experience preferred

Preferred qualifications:

• One year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
