What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage short-term incentive programs, including annual plan design changes, documentation, and employee education
- Build relationships with leadership and HR partners to enhance the effectiveness of incentive compensation programs
- Collaborate with leaders to develop new incentive compensation structures and transition plans
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all compensation-related activities
- Provide support for compensation and commissions systems, including quarterly testing and resolving issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of related total reward experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
