Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) to provide primary care in the Greater Sacramento area, CA. You will work with physicians and care teams to deliver comprehensive health services to diverse populations.

Eligible candidates hold a CA PA license, NCCPA, DEA, and BLS, with 1–2 years of clinical experience in community health preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Active California Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly in community health.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate.
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
