Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. You will work with physicians and care teams to serve diverse, underserved populations across multiple locations.

Requires active CA PA license, NCCPA, DEA, and BLS, plus 1–2 years of clinical community health experience. English plus another language is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA board certification.
• Current DEA license/certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years clinical experience preferred, especially in community health.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations with history and physicals.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with Medical Director.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans.
