We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our physiatry team in a patient-centered environment where your expertise affects functional outcomes and independence.

Qualificações

• Active license to practice in the employed state.
• Current Controlled Substance License.
• Current DEA License.
• NCCPA Certification.
• Interest in Physiatry/PM&R.
• Orthopedic experience is a plus.
• Physiatry experience is a plus.
• SNF experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with therapists, nurses and other professionals to plan rehab for diverse patients.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to set rehab goals and interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case conferences and education.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of evaluations, plans and progress.
• Educate patients and families about rehab and post-discharge care.
