Job summary

The Queen's Health Systems is seeking a data-driven finance/analytical professional to monitor and report physician and APP compensation, productivity, and financial performance. You will help implement compensation reporting and related initiatives across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare or finance, strong Excel and reporting skills, and experience with relational databases/Clarity reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare or related field or four (4) years of experience in healthcare, financial modeling and forecasting, and/or physician revenue cycle may substitute for the educational requirement.
• Three (3) years of progressive experience in healthcare or finance beyond the education requirement.
• Experience with financial systems including budgeting, analysis and forecasting.
• Experience extracting and reporting from relational databases using Clarity report writer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and report physician and APP compensation, productivity, financial performance, and professional billing data.
• Serve as a resource in implementing physician and APP compensation reporting and related projects/initiatives.
