Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver value-based care to Medicare populations. You will work with a large care team to focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and reducing hospital admissions in an on-site Arizona clinic.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with 13–16 patients per day, and on-site labs. Compensation ranges from $230,000 to $250,000 base plus quality-based bonuses; relocation considered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible required.
• Active, unrestricted state license required.
• Spanish speaking required.
• No residents allowed.

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide value-based healthcare to Medicare patient populations. Physicians are supported by large care teams so they can focus on quality of care rather than volume of services. The value-based care model focuses on outcomes, reducing hospital admissions, preventive medicine, and patient experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Value-Based Care model
• Medicare patient population
• 13-16 patients per day
• 20-minute regular visits
• 40-minute full diagnostic and new patient visits
• Care team includes a Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker
• On-site labs with a phlebotomist
• Access to RubiconMD for specialist access
• Average of 3-5 providers per clinic, including NPs and Primary Care Physicians

COMPENSATION

• $230,000-$250,000 base salary
• Bonus based on quality metrics
• Sign-on flexibility for Primary Care Physicians
• Relocation package considered on a case-by-case basis

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate REQUIRED
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible REQUIRED
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted state license REQUIRED
• Spanish speaking REQUIRED
• No residents REQUIRED
