Job summary

@Home Therapy is seeking a full-time coordinator to support our in-home PT, OT, and SLP services. This in-office role coordinates care for patients from referral through ongoing treatment, ensuring smooth communication and timely service delivery.

You will manage patient intake, coordinate therapist scheduling, and act as the central point of contact between patients, clinicians, and the team—ensuring quality care and accurate documentation in our EMR system.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a medical or administrative office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and data entry (EMR experience a plus).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient referrals, onboarding, and insurance verification.
