@Home Therapy in New York is seeking a full-time in-office coordinator to support in-home PT, OT, and SLP services, from referral through treatment. You will manage intake, scheduling, and serve as the central communication hub between patients, clinicians, and the team.

You will handle referrals, insurance verification, schedule therapists by location, track patient visits in the EMR, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a medical or administrative office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and data entry; EMR experience a plus.
