Professional Physical Therapy in Franklin Square, NY is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a positive experience. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle registration with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and keen attention to detail, with a compensation range of $18–$21 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
