Job summary

The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position averages 40 hours per week and supports therapy services under the Director of Therapy while assisting in multiple locations.

The role requires state licensure in Alabama, CPR certification, and a degree from an accredited PT/OT program. You will address staff and patient matters on site and work closely with HR and leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required; degree from an accredited PT/OT program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Alabama.
• CPR certification required.
• Clinical coordination or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, plan and administer physical therapy treatments for referred patients.
• Fulfill management duties under the Director of Therapy.
• Address employee and patient matters on site.
• Collaborate with HR and the Director of Therapy for escalations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Job description

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Clinic Coordinator will examine, plan and administer physical therapy treatments to patients referred by appropriate professionals as well as fulfil management responsibilities under the supervision of the Director of Therapy. Will also aide positions in certain locations. Will be resposnible for addressing any employee or patient matters on site as they arise, and work closely with HR and the Director of Therapy in cases where more action is required. The Clinic Coordinator must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education required:

HS/GED. Must have a degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program

License:

Must have a current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alabama. Must be CPR Certified
