Job summary

The Orthopaedic Center in Huntsville is seeking a highly motivated Therapy Scheduler for our Huntsville office. This full-time role (40 hours/week) involves greeting and assisting patients during check-in and check-out, scheduling in person and by phone, and handling payments with professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have HS/GED and customer service experience, with strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills, plus proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

Job description

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Therapy Scheduler for our Huntsville office. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Therapy Scheduler will perform an array of duties including greeting and assisting with check-in and check-out duties of all patients presenting for appointments, scheduling patients in person and via telephone, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and any other task assigned. The Therapy Scheduler must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education required: HS/GED

Experience: Customer Service Representative experience preferred
