Lionstone Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Ohio to support the Therapy team with planning, delivering, and documenting PT services for residents. You will assist the PT, facilitate Telehealth, supervise staff as needed, and help with discharge planning and home programs.

Requirements include an Associate degree as a PTA and an active Ohio license, plus the ability to lead, plan, and coordinate care.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree from an accredited program conferring the title of Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Must possess an active Ohio license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret therapy programs.
• Willingness to supervise other personnel and work harmoniously within the team.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning, development, and direction of therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services and ensure timely evaluations, notes, and discharges.
• Schedule therapy, transport residents, and prepare treatment areas and equipment.
• Provide individualized PT services per the Plan of Care and document results.
• Maintain billing accuracy and complete daily notes on the date of service.
• Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and resident assessments.
• Promote home programs, adaptive equipment use, and resident safety.
