Lionstone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support clinical operations under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role involves planning, implementing, and documenting therapy interventions, and coordinating with staff to ensure timely evaluations, progress notes, and discharges.

Qualificações

• Must possess an Associate degree from an accredited program conferring the title of Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must be knowledgeable of physical therapy procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning, development, and directing of physical therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services to ensure evaluations, recertifications, progress notes, and discharges are completed timely.
• Assist in maintaining physical therapy standards of practice and documentation.
• Provide individualized physical therapy services according to the Plan of Care.
• Promote participation in individual, group, and concurrent activities.
