Job summary

Ohio Living seeks a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) to deliver PT treatments under a Physical Therapist's supervision in our Ohio facilities, including home health and hospice services. You will implement the Plan of Care, educate patients and families, maintain records, and participate in interdisciplinary teams, while meeting safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Technology from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Ohio license to practice as LPTA in good standing.
• New graduates welcome; one year experience preferred.
• Geriatric patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Plan of Care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Conducts home visits to guide exercise, function and safety at home.
• Maintains patient records and ensures compliance with standards.
