Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current, active Ohio PTA license.
• Ability to work with Telehealth and collaborate with care teams.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning and directing therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services and ensure timely evaluations and notes.
• Maintain therapy documentation and billing accuracy.
• Help in resident assessments, home programs, and discharge planning.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to policies.
