Job summary

Lionstone Care in Florence, KY is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time, on-site role. You will support the Physical Therapist in planning and delivering therapy services, including Telehealth as needed, and maintain accurate documentation and billing for services rendered.

You will evaluate daily living abilities, assist in treatment planning, and help residents achieve their care goals while complying with safety, HIPAA, and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Associate degree from an accredited program conferring the title of Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in planning, development, organization, evaluation, and directing of Physical therapy activities.
• Facilitate Telehealth services to ensure evaluations, recertifications, progress notes, and discharges are completed timely.
• Maintain documentation for residents receiving physical therapy.
• Ensure that billing for therapy services rendered are coded accurately and all notes are completed on the date of service.
