Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is actively seeking qualified Physical Therapist Assistant candidates to join our dynamic team in Chicago. Working under a licensed Physical Therapist, you will support patients by following individualized plans of care and assisting with therapy sessions to achieve optimal functional outcomes.

You will discuss treatment with patients, document responses, and communicate with the PT, rehab director, and facility staff.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Ability to discuss treatment with patients and document progress accurately.
• Strong communication with therapists, directors, rehab teams, and staff.
• Familiarity with standard physical therapy equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record responses after each visit.
• Support patients through all phases of therapy and techniques.
• Coordinate with the Physical Therapist and rehab team on progress and goals.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard PT equipment.
