Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our team in Illinois. As a PTA, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to support treatment plans and help patients achieve functional outcomes.

You will assist in treating patients by following individualized plans of care, developing and implementing programs with the therapist, and maintaining clear documentation and communication with rehab staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Record patient conditions and responses in charts after each visit.
• Provide ongoing communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
