Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will support all phases of physical therapy treatment, discuss progress with patients, record responses in charts, and maintain clear communication with therapists, directors, Rehab team, and facility staff,

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
