PACS Group seeks a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to support the Physical Therapist with resident-related activities and direct resident care. You will document and communicate progress, participate in care conferences, and educate residents and families on goals and home exercise programs.

Applicants should have an accredited PTA program associate degree and be licensed. Proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care is preferred; strong teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

• Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation per facility, state, and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment via infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning with the supervising PT and the care team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
