H2 Health seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient clinic in Salem, VA. You’ll provide hands-on patient care under a licensed PT, support diverse rehab plans, and document in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sport-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain an efficient schedule with AI-driven tools to reduce documentation time.

Whether you enjoy a general caseload or supporting specialty programs such as orthopedics (including pre and post-operative care), manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular therapy, or concussion care, we make it possible.

Your Role

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Support treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports‑related conditions
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
• Maintain an efficient schedule with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
