Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans aimed at functional outcomes and patient goals
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance and gait training, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately using the EMR system
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and contribute to a positive clinic culture

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions. Your Role:

• Provide physical therapy treatment interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in the applicable state
